Freeze the tested Android application build before shipment and identify the exact player hardware it was approved on. The acceptance test should cover cold start, automatic launch, touch, video decoding, network loss, storage capacity and recovery after an interrupted update. Keep a signed copy of the APK or web release and the device settings used during the test.
If the customer supplies software, provide a demonstration unit or remote test window early. If the supplier provides the application, list every screen and data connection in the scope. Ambiguous phrases such as “supports Android apps” do not define performance, cybersecurity or long-term compatibility.
