A transparent TFT panel is only one layer of a working showcase. It needs a suitable backlight and cabinet interior, a controller or player, mechanical support, ventilation, protected electronics and a way to load the physical product. This 55-inch solution is aimed at integrators and brands that need a complete cabinet or a clearly defined integration package rather than an exposed panel with unanswered installation questions.
An exposed panel is not yet a display cabinet. The 55 inch TFT transparent LCD showcase cabinet combines the transparent cell with optical support, product space, a rigid enclosure, controller, player, power and service access. Leaving any of those layers undefined simply transfers design risk to the installer.
Integrators should decide where their responsibility begins. Panel-only supply offers freedom but requires their own mounting, lighting, thermal protection and front safety. A completed cabinet reduces those interfaces, while still requiring the object, content and site furniture to be coordinated around approved dimensions.

The most revealing drawing is not the front rendering. It is the section view showing active area, internal depth, product mount, light path, controller, ventilation and removable panels. Approve that drawing before millwork closes around the unit. A beautiful installation that cannot be serviced will become expensive the first time a player or power supply needs attention.
Panel-only supply gives an experienced integrator more control but also more responsibility for mounting, lighting, controller, thermal design and protection. A complete cabinet can reduce coordination when the buyer wants one approved enclosure. State the boundary in the quotation.
Transparent LCD is transmissive and depends on controlled light behind or around the object. Cabinet background, illumination and reflections affect contrast. Test the intended materials and product rather than evaluating the panel in isolation.
Mark controller, player, power supply, fans, connectors and removable panels on the coordinated drawing. Surrounding millwork must not block airflow or future replacement.
An OEM may embed the cabinet into a product fixture; a museum contractor may build scenic treatment around it; a retail brand may request a finished freestanding enclosure. In each case, the 55-inch active area and physical object coordinates must reach the content team before media is produced.
Deliver the panel data sheet, cabinet drawing, wiring diagram, controller and player manuals, power requirement, heat guidance and approved test media. Mark which parts are serviceable and which changes require supplier review. The integrator should add the surrounding furniture drawing and site cable plan. Together these documents create a maintainable installation. Without them, later technicians may block ventilation, replace the player with an incompatible output or damage the transparent assembly while trying to reach a concealed connector.
Is a TFT panel the same as a complete showcase?
No. A complete showcase adds optical, mechanical, electrical and service components.
Can the panel be installed in custom furniture?
Yes with coordinated structure, ventilation, access and lighting.
Who supplies the player?
It may be supplied by ZXTLCD or the integrator; define the interface and responsibility.
Build and run one integrated sample under final lighting. Check image uniformity, object visibility, heat, signal recovery and access. For production quantity, use the approved sample and drawing revision as the quality reference.
Request panel model, resolution, active area, transparency, viewing angle, controller inputs and operating limits. For the cabinet, confirm external and internal dimensions, product load, door, lock, finish, lighting, player and packing. Avoid mixing panel specifications from another size.
Send the fixture drawing, product dimensions, desired supply boundary and player inputs. ZXTLCD can propose a 55-inch panel package or complete cabinet. The primary configuration is the 55 inch TFT transparent LCD showcase cabinet.
