SMART interactive products, including SMART Board interactive whiteboards and SMART Meeting Pro systems, function fundamentally as input devices comparable to mice or touchpads. These devices allow users to interact with computer applications and content through touch, mouse controls, or gestures. SMART provides extensive customization options to optimize these interaction methods according to individual needs.

The first step in configuring your device involves accessing the SMART settings, with slight variations depending on your operating system:

• Windows: Locate the SMART Board icon in the notification area (typically bottom-right of your screen). Click the icon and select "SMART Settings" from the menu.
• macOS: Find the SMART Board icon in the menu bar (top of screen), click it, and choose "SMART Settings."
